~Desert Willow Designs~
Handcrafted Sterling and Gemstone Jewelry
About Me

The Name:  The question I'm asked the most is "What is a Desert Willow?"  A Desert Willow is a beautiful, fragrant flowering tree that grows in dry climates.  When I think of a beautiful Texas plant, I think of the Desert Willow.  I hope you come to think of my jewelry as a Texas beauty too!

The Business:  I started my jewelry business as a way to combine my love of creating things with my love of jewelry.  I work primarily in sterling and semi precious gemstones, and dabble a little in PMC (fine silver clay).  I am constantly studying and taking classes to improve my techniques and knowledge and to advance my skills.

Me:  I live in San Antonio, Texas.  I work full time, but still try to find time for my jewelry design.  On weekends, I travel the central Texas area attending arts and crafts shows in the Spring and Fall.  You may also find my items at some local venues including Brieger Pottery, in Blanco, Tx.

Shows:   I try to keep my show schedule on the first page of my website so please check back often to see where I'll be next.

I've participated in a variety of art and craft shows and the following Juried Shows throughout the area:

·         Salado Wildflower Festival

·         Blanco Lavender Festival

·         Buda Fine Arts Festival

·         Art Guild of Rural Texas (Fayettville, TX)

·         La Villita, Spring Arts Festival (San Antonio)

·         Salado Art in the Park

·         Johnson City Wildflower Days
